Opening Day

This is the first season where I’ve taken responsibility for the new office systems at Ladybower Fisheries. Gordon and I set about getting to grips with the onslaught of anglers keen to exploit the depths for the hard fighting rainbow trout. Payments went through, flies and tackle were purchased and forms filled in. It’s always a bit of a nervous time hoping to god that everything will work but we triumphed with flying colours and everybody was happy! As an angler it never ceases to amaze me that I can watch loads of other anglers enjoying themselves out on the water without feeling sorry for myself being stuck in the office. It was a real buzz and our best opening day in years so thank you all!
