Rest assured that product faults are extremely rare.

Our repair service covers all non manufacturing damages to the product within and outside of the first year of ownership. As a customer, you will be responsible for all shipping and repair fees. You should contact us prior to sending product back and include photographic and/or video evidence of the damage. This will enable us to give you a reasonable idea of the costs involved in the repair or in extreme cases, the cost of a replacement.
