Delivery Information
UK CustomersSKB will pay delivery charges on orders of £35.00 and above for all our UK customers. Orders of this type are sent out 1st class standard post, usually by Royal Mail in the UK although please be aware that this, or the optional Recorded delivery, does not guarantee next day service in the UK. Europe and the rest of the world are calculated by Royal Mail rates but delivery times may be longer.
UK customers may also select 1st class recorded delivery. This will be charged to the customer at the prevailing rate per parcel size and negates SKB paid-for postage.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the Monday following the previous week’s placement and these will be sent by 1st class standard post for UK destinations should reach you within 1-5 working days from postage. Please contact us if you have not recieved your order within this time limit. Europe and ROW should allow 10 working days.
Orders for Next Day delivery (available to UK Mainland only) must be received before 12 noon (UK time) and will only be shipped Monday to Friday. Therefore next day orders received on a Friday will be delivered on Monday and Next Day orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. International Customers
Delivery charges to Europe start from £3.50 for standard untracked postage and to the ROW from £5.50. Charges are calculated according to weight, size and value of the order. International orders should be delivered within 2-14 days, but for some areas outside Europe delivery times may be longer. If you require tracking please add a note to the comments box and we will contact you with the additional cost to your order for this service.
We will put a notification on the website across all pages (including the checkout) when there’s likely to be disruption to deliveries due to staff holidays etc.
